WHY DOES CQURE PROCESS MY DATA?

These data are processed only in the scope connected with running the Cqures profile in these social media, including informing Users about Our activity and promoting various types of events, services and products. The legal basis for the processing of personal data for this purpose is the Our legitimate interest in promoting its own brand.

CqureAcademy.com utilizes cookies to create a more customized experience for our users and customers. We also use tracking pixels (i.e. Google Analytics) to aid in measuring and tracking where our website traffic is coming from and to track the performance of our site. DOES CQURE TRANSFER PERSONAL DATA TO OTHER ENTITIES?

As a general rule, CQURE does not transfer personal data to other entities, including companies. An exception to this rule may include:

  1. transfer of personal data at the request of a competent authority (police, public prosecutor’s office, courts, etc.),
  2. provision of personal data to entities that carry out marketing communication with User’s consent.

Furthermore, the data collected by CQURE may be accessed by external companies providing such services to CQURE as hosting, server maintenance and database maintenance, as well as other digital services providers in order to i.e. issue courses certificates. These entities are recipients of the data, being the processors (according to GDPR) acting on behalf of and on instructions from CQURE. CQURE ensures that these entities store data within the European Union or, if stored outside the European Union, that the data are adequately secured.

In the case of paid services, the personal data related to payments are transferred to the payment service provider. CQURE does not have the access to the personal data provided to the payment service provider. This applies in particular to credit card data.

CQURE also transfers anonymised cookies and other anonymised data to third parties regarding website Users. These data do not permit to decrypt the activity of a particular User on the Website, but they enable to determine Users’ geographic, statistical and demographic data. The purpose of provision of such data is to customise advertisements and other similar messages directed at Users.

We will stop processing your Personal data if You won’t use our services or withdraw your consent to the processing. We will either delete your Personal data or anonymise them, with the reservation that some of the data (name, e-mail address, history of services provided to You and information about consents granted) will continue to be processed during subsequent 3 years to establish, exercise or defend Us against any possible claims.
